Q : When will I receive my order ?
A : Depending on which carrier your package is being sent by and if by air or by sea, delivery times vary.
Delivery Schedule : Monday – Friday.
Q : What are your available delivery times?
A : Our delivery hours are from 7 AM to 8 PM daily, including weekends and public holidays. Delivery slots are subject to availability. Our couriers expect our customers to receive the delivery within 10 minutes upon his arrival at your doorstep.
Q : What if I am not home to accept my delivery?
A : A sudden change of schedule? No worries, our trusted courier can still deliver at your doorstep.
Cash on delivery – If you chose to pay Cash on delivery, just leave cash payment to your representative.
Q : How do I track my orders ?
A : Our delivery couriers will get in touch with you via phone call or SMS or Messenger before and during delivery.
Q : Can I cancel my order ?
A : No Cancellations & No returns.
Q : Can I order in bulk ?
A : For Bulk or volume orders, we may require additional time to fulfill your order and may be charged a higher delivery fee. Please also note that for bulk orders, cancellation is not available. Our Customer Service team will reach out for order confirmation of bulk orders.
Q : Can I return my order ?
A : No Cancellations & No returns.
Q : Can I pay using cash on delivery (COD) ?
A : We offer payments via cash on delivery (COD) up to PHP 6,500.
Q : What if I want my own box ?
A : If you want to order bulk, your box will be a Large Box Sea Cargo. You can contact to our costumer service directly through Viber : +1 (408)475-0175.
Q : How does Pasabuy work ?
A : Pasabuy means you can buy any item at no international delivery fee; however, you will pay a local shipping or delivery charge once the package arrives in Cebu, or from the closest delivery port depending on its final destination.
Q : What is your schedule for live stream ?
A : Monday – Sunday 7am or 8am pinas time.
Q : How do I enter the raffle ?
A : If you have purchase from us, you will be entered automatically in scheduled raffles. If you have not purchased from us, you can still be entered into the raffle by LIKING our page or SHARING our LIVE STREAM.
Q : What is the Schedule of your Raffle ?
A : Our schedule of our Raffle will be posted on our website and our Facebook page.
